Description
The Institute for Bird Populations enables science-based conservation of species and habitats by studying the abundance, demographics, and ecology of birds and other wildlife.
We work with government agencies, universities and non-governmental organizations at the local, national and global levels to assess the impact of climate change, land management practices, and other environmental stresses on bird populations, and provide practical solutions to conservation challenges.
We use cutting-edge scientific knowledge and frequently publish results in peer-reviewed journals.
