When you purchase baby parrots from Pharrell Parrots World, we guarantee that there will be no symptoms of disease or parasites at the time of sale and that our birds are in perfect health. When a customer purchases one or more poultry from us, our customer receives health coverage for the birds that are weaned 48 hours after collection or delivery. Customers have 48 hours to take the bird to the vet of their choice. If the vet determines that the bird cannot be sold, documentation must be provided to Pharrell Parrots World within 24 hours of inspection to receive a replacement or full refund of the bird's price. The decision rests with Pharrell Parrots World.
If the customer does not take the bird to the poultry vet within 48 hours, there is no guarantee and there is no refund/exchange of birds.
