Description
I made a short but satisfying visit to Spurn this weekend.
Arriving at the darkness, I was struck by how soft it was.
The morning dawn was bright and I awoke long before sunrise. I wanted to try a place in Humber that I knew would be a fair way. At 630 there is enough light to see where I am going and at 650 I am at my favorite spot.
The first birds I saw were a flock of birds flying over the Humber, flying low over the water. It's a bit dark to take pictures, but some of the photos capture the scene well.
