The Dutch Birding website (www.dutchbirding.nl) provides an overview of all the Foundation's activities and serves donors and non-recipients with rare or special bird photos, recent sightings, PDF files from Dutch Birding Magazine and much more information. Other activities include the annual Dutch Bird Day with lectures, presentations and a “bird market” and the annual Dutch Bird Weekend – every fall since 1986 and in the Texel Spring since 2012 – where bird lovers gather to watch the special birds. In addition to Dutch Birding Magazine, Dutch Birding also publishes CDs with bird songs and bird books, such as the Dutch Birding Characteristics Guide (2002), The Explanatory and Etymological Dictionary of Dutch Bird Names (2004) and Birders - On the Other Side of the Audience (2007) . There is also cooperation with other countries in certain ornithological publications, such as the standard work Rare Birds of the Netherlands - Avifauna of the Netherlands I (1999).
