Birdwatch was founded in 1992 by Dominic Mitchell as an independent magazine for bird lovers. It has developed into a leading monthly news and feature magazine for fans and has been a part of Warners Group Publications since 2008. The magazine is based in London along with BirdGuides, who are also part of the Warners group.
Birdwatch has a predominantly UK and Irish focus and readership, but reaches 45 countries across five continents each month. Publish a weekly newsletter together with BirdGuides.
