Seabrook Island Birders (SIB) are residents, tenants, and guests of Seabrook Island, SC who have a passion for studying, protecting, and caring for the amazing variety of birds that inhabit Seabrook Island all year round.
SIB's mission is to (1) educate residents and other communities about the rich and diverse bird life on Seabrook Island; (2) to promote appreciation of the unique habitat that our island offers to these diverse species; and (3) to emphasize the importance of protecting our wildlife and natural habitats that are essential to the survival of the native and migratory birds that we receive.
