Description

The North East of England is home to over a hundred species of birds throughout the year. As the seasonal clock ticks, dozens of migrants join them. Some travel from distant shores to build nests and raise chicks for the next generation. Many others stopped for short breaks; passing bird tourists. As our climate begins to change and external factors such as land use and development; or the availability of food also changes the distribution of our wildlife.
